Microwave Mug Cake

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp oil


Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.

  2. Add milk and oil, stir until smooth.

  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds (time may vary by microwave).

  4. Let cool for a minute, then enjoy straight from the mug. Optional: top with chocolate chips or whipped cream.
