No-Bake Chocolate Oat Cookies

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.

  2. Stir in cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

  3. Add oats and mix until evenly combined.

  4. Using a spoon, drop small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Enjoy!
