Quick Veggie Quesadilla

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 tortillas

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

  • ½ cup diced bell peppers and onions

  • 2 tbsp salsa


Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the pan.

  2. Sprinkle cheese evenly, then add bell peppers, onions, and salsa. Top with second tortilla.

  3. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.

  4. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
