3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)


Instructions:

  1. Add banana, peanut butter, and milk to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optional: add ice cubes for a chilled version.
