5-Ingredient Chicken Stir-Fry



 


Ingredients:

  • 250g chicken breast, sliced thin

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through (5-6 minutes).

  3. Toss in vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

  4. Drizzle soy sauce and stir well to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately.
