Ingredients:

250g chicken breast, sliced thin

1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through (5-6 minutes).

Toss in vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Drizzle soy sauce and stir well to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately.
