Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, and fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Top each fillet with lemon slices and herbs.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
