One-Pot Garlic Butter Pasta

 


Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss with butter and garlic.

  4. Sprinkle parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and toss again.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
